Lou Tobia
Owner & Founder
Owner Lou Tobia was born in Union, New Jersey in 1973 and raised in Clark, where he learned early on the importance of discipline, responsibility, and pride in your work.

Owner Lou Tobia was born in Union, New Jersey in 1973 and raised in Clark, where he learned early on the importance of discipline, responsibility, and pride in your work. After graduating from Arthur L. Johnson High School in 1991, Lou went on to earn his degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1995.
Lou’s career began in his family’s concrete business in New Jersey, where he worked his way up to President of Operations. There, he managed more than 50 drivers across two plant locations, gaining extensive experience in leadership, logistics, and delivering dependable service day in and day out.
In 2011, Lou and his wife made the move to Lake Worth, Florida, bringing that same dedication and work ethic with them. It was here that Tobia Pool Care, LLC was established — built on a simple mission: provide honest, reliable, and high-quality pool service that customers can count on.
What truly sets Tobia Pool Care apart is Lou’s hands-on approach and commitment to doing things the right way. Every pool is treated with care, precision, and attention to detail — because your pool isn’t just water, it’s part of your home.
Lou’s personal life reflects the same values he brings to his business. He and his wife are high school sweethearts who have been together for 35 years and married for 27, a testament to loyalty, consistency, and long-term commitment.
